Payment is generally made through Paypal although if you wish to pay through bank transfer, please contact us and we will forward the account information. Payment must be made before products are shipped.


Customers based in the Hawkesbury/Windsor/Richmond/Penrith/Mountains and most Sydney areas are elligable to arrange a time where we can drop off your pre-arranged order. If you are in area, we don't charge postage & handeling  just the price of the puppets. Payment can be made on delivery in cash or by Eftpos (Visa, Debit, Credit and Paypass). If you are in area, contact Mr Arthur's Puppets to organise your order and delivery arrangements.


Invoicing upon shipment is only available to schools, preschools, child care centres and approved organisations.  To order this way orders must be placed through email or phone. You are unable to purchase via our website using this payment method. Plese note, invoices are sent "due on receipt" and prompt payment is requested.
